Stephen W. Buckley, Ph.D. is the President and CEO of On-Site Psychological Services; a NYS licensed psychologist with nearly thirty years of clinical experience, a graduate of both Columbia University and Yeshiva University, an adjunct professor at Ramapo College of New Jersey and an adjunct clinical supervisor of graduate students at Yeshiva University. Dr. Buckley ensures that all On-Site Psychologists and social workers are appropriately credentialed, licensed and insured. Clinicians new to the On-Site practice are given intensive orientation and supervision to maintain the continuity of providing high-quality psychological services to all of our clientele. Additionally, On-Site Psychological Services maintains an in-house quality assurance system that monitors all services rendered by On-Site clinicians, all record keeping to assure compliance with federal and state regulatory boards, and all insurance billing procedures.
Andiea Hedayat-Harris, Ph.D. is the Executive Clinical Director of On-Site Psychological Services, a New York and New Jersey Licensed Clinical Psychologist and graduate of the New School for Social Research. Dr. Harris has held academic positions as the Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and as an Instructor of Psychology in Psychiatry at Cornell University Medical College. In 2006, Dr. Harris was appointed to the Deputy Director of Mental Health at Rikers Island, with over 4500 inmate patients and roughly 500 employees, mostly clinicians providing mental health services in 10 facilities under Dr. Harris’s supervision. Dr. Harris has been with On-Site Psychological Services for over 16 years.
